1998

HIPPSC was founded in 1998 by a young couple with a passion for innovation of manufacturing for the future. The company started as a small distribution shop in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a focus on providing precision tools and holding solutions to local machine workshops.

2005

As Dongguan became a manufacturing powerhouse, HIPPSC expanded its operations and established a wider presence across East Asia. The founders remained committed to their original vision, continually innovating and developing new tooling solutions to meet the evolving industry demands.

2008

HIPPSC established its first manufacturing facility, launching its inaugural series of tool holding products, all designed and manufactured in-house. This year also marked the company's successful entry into the European market.

2011

To adapt to the evolving machining needs, HIPPSC released the ER collet series, along with the HSK and SK tool holding systems. In the same year, HIPPSC exhibited for the first time at EMO Hannover, gaining significant traction in Europe. Additionally, the company founded a sales and service subsidiary in Shanghai to better serve its growing customer base in East Asia.

2015

HIPPSC began research and development of the EXGRIP series, aiming to address the high costs and lengthy waiting times associated with customized extended reach tool holders for 5-axis operations. In the same year, the company founded another sales and service subsidiary in Guangzhou.

2017

HIPPSC shifted its focus to shrink fit tool holding solutions in response to the growing market demand for ultra-precision and flexibility in the CNC machining industry. In the same year, the company established sales and service subsidiaries in Zhongshan and Ningbo.

2019

After two years of R&D, HIPPSC revealed its first-generation shrink fit machine, the AZ800, and a new series of tool holders, winning widespread attention across Asian and European market. During the same year, the company also established two new branches in Xiamen and Foshan.

2021

HIPPSC released the H550 air-cooling shrink fit machine, equipped for the first time with an intelligent touch screen and centralized data control for various tool holders. The company also opened sales and service subsidiaries in Shenzhen, further expanding its reach. With its competitive advantage in new shrink fit machine technology and tool holder quality, HIPPSC also saw significant growth in its customer base in Europe and the Middle East.

HIPPSC unveiled multiple new innovations, including the H550 Plus with precise temperature data for different tool holders, the F15i designed for larger machine shops and heavy-duty operations, and quick change-coils for improved shrink fit operations across various clamping ranges. This marked a pivotal moment as HIPPSC fully transitioned into a leader and expert in shrink-fit tool holding solutions.

With a vision to build a full suite of tooling setup ecosystem, HIPPSC revealed its most innovative prototype, the Laser Presetting Machine, alongside the new generation of compact shrink fit machine, the H6i. These innovations aim to elevate modern machine tooling setup processes with intelligent data centers and automation.

This year also marked HIPPSC's 5th presence in EMO Hannover, 10th presence in ITES Shenzhen, and CIMTS Beijing. Thanks to its dedication and innovative offerings, HIPPSC gained unprecedented attention during these exhibitions, further solidifying the company's position in the shrink fit tooling sector.

In 2024, HIPPSC launched the i655 Plus, its most advanced shrink fit model yet, tailored for the Asian and European markets. Alongside this release, the company introduced the Intelligent Dial Indicator machine, a significant step towards full automation in tooling setup processes.

To expand its global presence, HIPPSC announced its entry into the North American market with the U7 PRO, the latest addition to its shrink fit machine lineup. Additionally, the EXGRIP series made its debut, featuring a beta mode selection console that allows customers to create nearly any extended reach tool holder in under a minute, drastically reducing lead times from months to mere days.
