Returns & Exchange

At HIPPSC, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase from hippsc.com, you're welcome to return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our support team at kaisen@hippsc.com for a Return Authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with a valid Return Authorization.
• Products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
• Not all items are eligible for return. Items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked as such on our website.

Conditions for Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
• If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
• If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment, less the cost of return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

Refunds:

• We will refund the full purchase price of your items, less the cost of return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
